How are Lessons conducted?

Lessons are conducted through the Google Meet platform. If you are a Google calendar user, your scheduled lessons will show up on your calendar with a link to connect you to the classroom on the Meet platform at the scheduled day and time. You will also receive an email with a join link when you confirm payment for your booking.

What is your availability?

We are available Mon to Fri from 10am to 6pm (GMT+8hrs) Please note that I am based in SE Asia so be aware of the time zone difference when scheduling a free consultation or regular lesson. Registered users have access to the booking calendar automatically synced to the time zone of your location to ensure that you can make bookings at a convenient time for you based on where you are.

How can I pay for lessons?

We accept payment through Paypal. If you are a Paypal account holder just transfer payment from your account using the Paypal website or app. You can also make payment using Visa/Mastercard credit & debit cards. If making payment through a card, just select that payment option on the booking/payment screen. You will receive an invoice by email for your payment - just click the button saying ‘Pay by Card’, enter your card details, the amount and hit send.

Can I get a refund for any lessons I don’t use?

We can offer refunds on cancelled & unused lessons under certain conditions. Please read our full ‘Terms and Conditions’ page here for more information.

Do you offer classes for groups?

I can offer courses for groups of up to 12 participants for Business English short course packages. If you are interested in a corporate package for your colleagues/team, please contact me with your requirements. I do not currently offer group lessons for IELTS Test preparation classes.

Do I need to buy any books or materials to study a class?

No. All study and practice materials are included in the price for both Business English and IELTS Test Prep classes and short courses. This includes in-lesson activity/practice handouts and self-study materials. All materials are in digital/soft copy form (PDF) and are sent by email before & after class or are downloadable during a lesson.

Who are your lessons & courses suitable for?

My lessons are designed for adult learners from CEFR levels B1 (intermediate) up to C2 (advanced) who want to improve their English for work & business, and students (16 y.o. and above) who are preparing to take an IELTS Test. For test preparation classes, the minimum accepted age is 16 (subject to a successful trial lesson). I do not accept children or young learners.
